Indeed, our suppliers are obligated to operate in full compliance with the laws, rules, and regulations of the countries in which they operate, and our Supplier Code of Conduct goes one step further, drawing upon internationally recognized standards in order to advance social and environmental responsibility.
Whistleblowing Policy
CSM Ingredients’ Whistleblowing Policy and internal whistleblowing channel provides guidance to its employees on the procedure to follow to make protected disclosures, as well as the persons to whom they should refer. The Whistleblowing Policy is an internal document available to all workers.
CSM Ingredients has also adopted an IT platform managed by a specialised third party that guarantees professionalism, discretion, and compliance with local laws that protect the privacy of the whistle-blower and of the reported person and matter.
In Italy and Spain, any third parties/witnesses can make protected disclosures through the following channel available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
