Alex and his team are responsible for CSM International.
With over 20 years of experience, Alex joined CSM Ingredients in 2010. Prior to his current role, he held several roles of increasing responsibility including commercial director for numerous CSM Ingredients divisions that included CSM in Central Europe, CSM International and our European Industry and Modern Trade business.
He started his career at Procter & Gamble with responsibilities in Sales, Marketing, IT and Innovation. He later moved to the food industry, joining Puratos to develop the retail business for bakery ingredients globally. To deepen his knowledge, he then managed a family-owned pet food company where he was responsible for starting up a new factory and renovating an existing one. Following that he served as a consultant with Accenture during the integration of AnhauserBush into ABInbev.
Alex holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Kortrijk and Master of Law from the University of Leuven.
